PHASE 1 RETAINING WALL PROJECT UPDATE : January 6, 2026
Dear Carlton Residents,
We are pleased to share an update on the Phase 1 retaining wall replacement project.
Wall 15 has been fully completed, and work on Wall 14 will begin today. Construction on Wall 14 is expected to take approximately 1–2 weeks, weather permitting. A map of both walls can be found below.
As a reminder, portions of fencing may need to be temporarily removed to accommodate the work. All fencing will be reinstalled once construction is complete.
During certain phases of the project, Razor Sharp may access exterior water spigots on nearby homes. The contractor will use their own hoses and equipment, and all affected areas will be protected.
The Board is very pleased with the quality of work completed thus far and is confident this project will be a significant improvement to our community.
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we complete this important work.
