Homeowner may legally lease their unit if:
Homeowner owned their unit and leased their unit prior to March 26, 2018. Proof of lease date and verification is required.
Homeowner may not lease their unit if:
Homeowner purchased their home March 26, 2018 or later
Homeowner purchased their home prior to March 26, 2018 but did not lease prior to March 26, 2018.
There is a $289 annual fee for leasing permits.
Illegal leasing and associated fines are strictly monitored and enforced.
